Counselling and Mindfulness Therapist

As an experienced and accredited Counsellor based in Spinningfields Manchester I enjoy helping people with various mental health and life issues. I qualified in 2010 after completing my Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I decided I wanted to gain some practical experience, so I completed some volunteering counselling with some well-known national and local charities based in Manchester.  A few years later I completed a Mindfulness Diploma using influences of CBT and have introduced these learnings into my own practice which I set up in 2017.

I have helped people become more at peace with the issues that they have or going through and let them explore their feelings in a confidential and none judgmental relaxed environment and allowing them to say the things out loud that they may have kept hidden for years. How mindfulness helps mental wellbeing

It can be easy to blast through life on autopilot without stopping to notice and pay attention to the present moment and to your own thoughts and feelings, and the world around you.
